The Company is located in the Kansas City metro area and has been under current ownership since inception. The company distributes an assortment of niche, precision-made components to the automotive industry.

In recent years, sales have been comprised of 60% automotive aftermarket and 40% industrial. Historically, approximately 64% of the Company’s sales have come from wholesale customers with 30% from retail and 6% from internet sales.

The current owner’s role includes marketing and sales as well as RFQ responses to vendors with staff support in all areas.

Seller states net cash flow will exceed $800k in 2024. Inventory of approximately $2,000,000 is included in the asking price.
